Machine of the season: Adhesive application system B01 | TH150

The B01 | TH 150 adhesive application system is the basic machine and nucleus of the H&H Klebetechnologie hotmelt application systems. In the simplest version with manual start-up and 1-chamber tank, it is also particularly economical for coating small to medium production quantities with substrate up to an application width of 150mm. With the appropriate equipment options, large quantities can also be realised economically.

From full-surface application to dot application to net application, this machine makes everything possible in the temperature range of 5 -210°C. The following media are processed daily worldwide with our machines.

Equipment options

Of course, the basic version of this adhesive applicator can be "tuned" and adapted to its specific application by many optional equipment options. For example:

• A special table for a safe stand
• The Flex-Rack frame for flexible working during operation
• A digital material gap adjustment for frequently changing substrate thicknesses
• PU version for reactive hot melts
• Heated applicator roller (from 37.5mm roller diameter)
• A pull-down bar for roll stock and foils
• A receptacle for a pre-melt system and, of course, the pre-melt system itself, for increased adhesive throughput
• The level control for automatic monitoring of the adhesive level with a pre-melting system
• ...and for all other tricky tasks we will find the solution together with you.

By the way: the B01 is also available in a special width of 170 - in case the 150 mm application width is a little too narrow.
